We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Product Manager to lead our Facilities Solutions segment within the Healthcare RTLS portfolio. This role will own the roadmap and delivery of operational solutions that directly impact asset management, wayfinding, hand hygiene, and environmental monitoring across healthcare environments.

As a Product Manager, you will engage with business and engineering teams to plan, investigate and launch new products, improvement initiatives and product releases. You will leverage your exceptional organizational and communication skills to balance workloads and expectations, while also using your analytical skills to synthesize product usage trends and identify opportunities to improve the users’ experience and expand business opportunities. In this role you will be responsible for defining product strategy, driving cross-functional execution, and ensuring our solutions deliver measurable value to healthcare providers.

This includes managing the lifecycle of various products with a focus on innovation, customer outcomes, and competitive differentiation.

As our Product Manager, Healthcare Facility Solutions, you’ll support HID’s success by:



Analyzing business requirements and defining product use cases and requirements to meet those use cases

Communicating solution designs and requirements to both product development teams and business teams

Supporting product lifecycle activities, including new product introduction, continuous product improvement, and end-of-life processes

Managing product requirements throughout the product lifecycle

Managing hardware and software products within the product roadmap in conjunction with the overall solutions roadmap

Working with hardware development team members, software product managers, software development teams, and quality assurance teams to successfully implement and deliver solutions

Holding project gate meetings to review progress and gain approval to move projects forward

Collaborating with business partners to develop product strategy and pricing and drive project initiatives

Supporting day-to-day product inquiries and issue resolution

Documenting and communicating product changes to the business and members, and participating in internal change management efforts with departments and end users.

BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent field

Minimum 5+ years product management related positions within the technology industry specifically with Healthcare solutions

Experience in managing a portfolio including both Hardware and Software components

Data & analysis driven

You are comfortable with, and able to manage constructively; change, ambiguity, debate, conflict, and informed risk taking.

Travel and fieldwork, including international travel may be required. Therefore, employee must possess, or be able to acquire a valid passport. The wage range for this role considers a broad scope of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

The disclosed range does not account for geographic differentials based on the location where the position may be filled. The base salary for Vancouver is $100,000 CAD to $140,000 CAD. This prospect may be open to flexible working arrangements.
