Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations for the plant
• Manage and coordinate maintenance workflows
• Work with teams to set production targets
• Supervise staff and ensure resource allocation
• Provide training and develop team skills
Requirements:
• 3-5 years’ experience in plant management roles
• Preferred experience within bedding production
• Exceptional organizational and analytical capabilities
• Knowledgeable in supply chain and production logistics
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and preferably Sage 300
