Lead project delivery with goeasy, a top Canadian alternative lender. This role focuses on managing complex portfolios and ensuring timely execution of key initiatives in a hybrid work workplace. As a Director in the Project Delivery Office, you’ll oversee a dedicated team while reporting directly to the Vice President of IT Portfolio Management.
Your leadership will guide processes, methodologies, and stakeholder engagement across projects vital to goeasy’s growth plans. You will actively ensure that delivery meets organizational objectives and stakeholder expectations. Drive the company’s project delivery through robust execution principles
- Build and maintain partnerships with Business Owners and IT leaders
- Contribute to the development of project delivery standards
- Report progress to Senior Leadership
- Mentor and develop a team of project managers 10+ years in cross-functional project delivery management
- Proven experience in leading program management processes
- University degree in engineering or related field
- Experience with multi-project management
