Drive impactful reforestation initiatives as a Project Manager at veritree in Vancouver. This hybrid position centers on strong partner engagement and monitoring accuracy. veritree is on a mission to plant 1 billion trees by 2030. As a Project Manager, Terrestrial, you will oversee relationships across North America, managing various planting partners while ensuring that project monitoring and data integrity are maintained.
Successful candidates will ideally hold a Registered Professional Forester designation and have hands-on field experience in reforestation projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate strategic relationships with planting partners
- Assess and resolve field issues in a team-oriented manner
- Maintain accurate planting and monitoring data across accounts
- Develop and audit SOPs tailored to project needs
- Conduct audits and field visits as necessary Requirements:
- Registration as a Professional Forester or eligibility
- Bachelor’s in forestry, environmental science, or similar
- Hands-on experience in reforestation or forestry
