As a member of Dumas’s Legal Department, you will engage in various legal matters while collaborating with teams from operations to finance and HR. Candidates should bring strong corporate-commercial skills and experience, particularly in Latin American contexts, to navigate diverse legal challenges effectively.
Key Responsibilities: • Negotiate and draft mining and supply agreements • Assist in corporate governance and compliance activities • Provide legal guidance on projects and relationships • Manage employment claims and disputes • Support sustainability and ESG initiatives as needed
Requirements: • Member in good standing of Law Society of Ontario • Relevant experience in private practice or in-house • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish preferred • Experience supporting Latin American operations desired • Robust organizational and multitasking abilities
