Amylior, a rapidly growing company, is seeking a Product Development and Improvement Project Manager to join its Research and Development (R&D;) team Reporting to the Director of Engineering, the successful candidate will play a key role in the continuous improvement of our products and the implementation of innovative solutions.

This is a full-time, on-site position based at our headquarters in Vaudreuil-Dorion.

Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and monitor activities related to product development and improvement projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on schedule and within budget
- Prepare and maintain the required technical documentation
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of product development processes
- Ensure compliance with the company's quality and safety standards

Required Skills

- College diploma, bachelor's degree, or equivalent education in a relevant technical field or product management, including mechanical engineering, electromechanical engineering, electrical engineering,



or industrial maintenance
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency with project tracking and documentation tools (Gantt charts, Excel, and Word)
- Knowledge of electromechanical systems is considered an asset
- Knowledge of SolidWorks and PDM (Product Data Management) is considered an asset
- Fluency in French, both spoken and written, and intermediate-level English
