This critical position involves overseeing the accounting cycle for a portfolio of residential properties. As a Property Accountant, you will prepare financial statements, coordinate budgets, and reconcile bank statements.

This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a relevant background in property management accounting. Ideal candidates have a CPA designation or are working towards it with 2-3 years of experience. Key Responsibilities:

- Handle accounting cycle for multi-residential properties
- Prepare monthly management reports and budget analyses
- Execute bank reconciliations and control account assessments
- Ensure adherence to accounting policies and procedures
- Prepare documentation for annual audits and liaise with auditors Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA preferred
- 2-3 years of related accounting experience
- Proficient in Excel; knowledge of Yardi Voyageur is a plus
