About Wholesome Psychology
Wholesome Psychology is a growing private practice providing psychological services across Edmonton and St. Albert. We offer counselling, therapy, and assessments to individuals, couples, families, and children.
We’re looking for compassionate, motivated therapists who want to provide high-quality care while being part of a supportive and collaborative team. Our clinic has a strong and growing demand for services, allowing therapists to build a steady caseload while focusing on what matters most—supporting their clients.
About the Role
As a therapist at Wholesome Psychology, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and concerns while using the therapeutic approaches that best fit your training and expertise.

Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy using evidence-based approaches
- Build and maintain a consistent caseload while providing high-quality, client-centered care
- Complete clinical documentation, treatment plans, and session notes using Jane, our scheduling and billing platform
- Collaborate with other therapists and participate in consultations when appropriate
- Maintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with your regulatory body
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and administrative staff
- Contribute to a positive, welcoming, and collaborative clinic workplace
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Counselling, or related field
- Registration with the College of Alberta Psychologists
- Experience with approaches such as CBT, ACT, EMDR,
EFT, or play therapy (multiple modalities are an asset)
- Experience with the MVA process, including treatment planning, documentation, and communication with adjusters and other involved parties is an asset
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- A client-centered approach and commitment to inclusivity
- Ability to manage a full client load while maintaining quality care
- Experience with Jane is an asset
