Your role will emphasize data management, relationship-building, and effective communication to track progress and support decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote workplace safety and health standards at all times • Coordinate tracking of agreements with Indigenous organizations • Develop initiatives for enhanced workforce participation • Maintain respectful relationships with Indigenous partners • Facilitate various community engagement activities
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in relevant fields strongly preferred • 3-5 years in Indigenous relations or economic development • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint necessary • Proven communication ability for diverse audiences • Experience working with Indigenous communities or partners
