As a Quality Analyst, You Will

- Perform physical testing and analysis of versatile packaging, raw materials, and finished products.
- Verify the quality and accuracy of printed materials during the proofing process.
- Plan and coordinate testing activities, timelines, and customer requirements.
- Analyze test results, identify unexpected outcomes, and ask the right questions when the data doesn't make sense.
- Develop test plans and protocols in partnership with customers, including researching test methodologies and validating results.
- Communicate with internal and external customers to understand testing objectives, explain results, and provide technical support.
- Complete customer surveys and performance evaluations.
- Accurately document, report, and communicate testing results in accordance with our Quality Management System (QMS).
- Support quality investigations, including Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Corrective Action Requests (CARs), Fishbone analysis, and 5-Why.
- Participate in quality meetings, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and our Performance System initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with Operations, Engineering, Production, and other teams to identify opportunities for improvement.

Ideally, You Bring

- A Bachelor's degree, college diploma, or equivalent experience in Quality, Science, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in flexible packaging or a related manufacturing environment.
- Strong laboratory testing knowledge and an understanding of laboratory safety practices.
- Experience with quality tools such as NCRs, CARs, Fishbone/Ishikawa, and 5-Why analysis.
- Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external customers.
- A strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
