Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate clients' needs for substance use treatment • Create and implement safety plans for crisis situations • Facilitate referrals for ongoing recovery services • Maintain thorough knowledge of MHAS services • Work collaboratively in a diverse team setting
Requirements: • Bachelor of Social Work or acceptable Chemical Dependency diploma • Familiarity with the Saskatchewan Model of Recovery Services • Proficient written communication skills • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle • Capable of engaging with clients from various backgrounds
