Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care to medically complex patients
• Collaborate on patient treatment plans with healthcare professionals
• Assess and document patient conditions accurately




• Educate patients and families on care procedures
• Uphold safety and nursing standards as a core priority
Requirements:
• Registered and in valuable standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Minimum two years in complex continuing care
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required
• Geriatric Foundations Course completion
• Ability to perform venipuncture and I.V. starts
