Work and live at Realstar's properties in Collingwood or Owen Sound as an Assistant Resident Manager Team. Enhance residential living standards while managing daily operations. Realstar is looking for a dedicated 2-person team to serve as Assistant Resident Managers.
The position requires residing in office and provides scheduled weekday work along with every other weekend and some evening on-call duties. Ideal candidates will have a background in customer service, cleaning, and basic maintenance. Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain common area hygiene
- Execute minor maintenance tasks promptly
- Prepare apartments for new residents' arrivals
- Deliver outstanding customer service to tenants
- Assist with leasing and manage on-call responsibilities Requirements:
