Recording Engineer Development ProgramJob Overview
Studio of Legends is looking for talented, hungry and coachable Recording Engineers to join our paid Engineer Development Program at our Toronto and Brampton studio locations.
This program is designed for engineers who already have a foundation in recording vocals and using Pro Tools, but are looking to develop their skills in a professional commercial studio environment and earn an opportunity to join the Studio of Legends engineering roster.
This is not a beginner audio course or traditional internship.
Selected engineers will receive hands-on training and evaluation alongside experienced engineers, learning professional recording workflows, session efficiency, client management, studio standards and techniques used in real commercial recording sessions.
As engineers progress through the program, they may advance into paid client sessions and regular opportunities on our engineering roster.
We're not looking for someone who believes they already know everything.
We're looking for engineers who are talented enough to have a foundation, hungry enough to improve and coachable enough to learn.
