About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated Recruiter specializing in Healthcare and IT to join our remote team. This role offers the opportunity to work fully remotely from Toronto, Ontario, and collaborate with global clients across multiple time zones.

As a Recruiter at Source Code, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top talent in critical roles that impact healthcare delivery, technology advancements, and public sector initiatives. You will partner closely with Delivery Managers to understand client needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless recruitment process from candidate outreach to onboarding. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for connecting high-caliber candidates with impactful roles.

Qualifications

- Post-secondary degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
- Experience working across multiple time zones, with the ability to coordinate effectively in a remote environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and nurture relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)



and sourcing tools.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

- Partner with Delivery Managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and develop comprehensive sourcing plans.
- Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines through Boolean searches, social media outreach, referrals, databases, and niche communities.
- Screen candidates for technical skills, capability, cultural fit, and alignment with client needs.
- Present well-curated shortlists with detailed notes on candidate availability, compensation expectations, and suitability.
- Guide candidates through the interview process, including preparation, feedback collection, and offer negotiations.
- Coordinate onboarding logistics and facilitate a smooth transition for recent hires.
- Maintain accurate and updated records within the ATS, ensuring all requisitions, candidate interactions, and statuses are current.
- Nurture ongoing relationships with candidates and client stakeholders, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Stay informed about industry trends and talent market conditions to adapt sourcing strategies accordingly.
