Trane Technologies is seeking a senior service leader to drive growth in our HVAC service business across an assigned area. You will own area P&L;, monthly revenue forecasting, expense management, and delivery against operating plans, while expanding service agreements and turnkey opportunities with Sales and acquisitions teams.
You will build and lead a high-performing service team, manage budgets, safety programs, and supplier relations, and ensure excellent customer service.
