- Coordinate patient assessments and care plans
- Ensure the delivery of culturally appropriate nursing care
- Manage staffing levels and scheduling effectively
- Mentor nursing staff through continuous training
- Participate in community health improvement initiatives Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing needed
- Active CRNA practice permit required
- Two to five years in patient care and management
- Familiarity with Indigenous culture is an asset
