Manulife is seeking a Director of Operational Risk and Resilience to spearhead risk management strategies in a hybrid setting. Develop and oversee robust frameworks that ensure operational effectiveness across the Bank.

You will play a critical role within the Strategy, Governance and Controls team. Your responsibilities will include managing the Operational Risk and Resilience program while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Engage with diverse stakeholders to refine the operational controls framework and enhance the Bank's resilience against various risks.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead and mentor a team of 7 risk professionals • Implement the Bank’s Operational Risk program • Manage Third Party Risk Governance initiatives • Conduct testing and oversight of operational controls • Establish the Anti-Fraud program in collaboration with partners

Requirements: • Solid experience in operational risk management • Proven success in building resilience strategies • Solid project management and leadership skills • Excellent ability to influence and communicate • In-depth knowledge of banking regulations and risk collaboration
