Dexterra is seeking an Employee Support Coordinator (Remote Camp) to be a trusted in office resource for employees in our remote camp operations. The role emphasizes employee support, onboarding, engagement, retention, and creating a respectful, inclusive camp environment.
Travel to Hope Bay, Nunavut via Fly-In/Fly-Out arrangements from Edmonton or Yellowknife is required. You will collaborate with camp management and HR to address concerns, support Indigenous and Inuit employees, promote cultural
