Become the driving force behind our housekeeping team in Osoyoos, BC. As Assistant Housekeeping Manager, you’ll ensure a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
Reporting directly to the Executive Housekeeper, you will manage a talented team and promote a high standard of cleanliness throughout our resort. Your expertise will enhance both guest service and team performance. Candidates should have at least two years in hotel housekeeping and familiarity with Microsoft Office to succeed in this agile role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate team of housekeeping staff
• Oversee daily cleaning and inspections of guest areas
• Support team through training and performance evaluations
• Handle guest complaints with professionalism
• Maintain consistent communication with maintenance staff
Requirements:
• Two years of progressive housekeeping experience
• Hospitality education is an asset
• Self-starter with leadership capabilities
• Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills
• Availability for evening and weekend shifts
