Required Qualifications

Completion of diploma from an accredited post-secondary rehabilitation Therapy Assistant program or equivalent training may be considered.

Additional Required Qualifications

Practices in alignment with professional standards, ethics, regulation, legislation and AHS requirements. Pursues ongoing reflective practice, skill development, continuous learning, critical thinking and innovation, and support team members.

Preferred Qualifications

Membership in Therapy Assistant Association of Alberta, Speech-Language and Audiology Canada or Canadian Association of Occupation Therapists, preferred.

Relevant experience in rehabilitation setting or applicable health care setting is an asset.

Recent FSCH experience is preferred.
