In this client-facing role, you will serve as a trusted advisor, designing scalable workforce solutions, configuring advanced WFM functionality, and guiding organizations through successful deployment.What You'll DoLead end-to-end complex Dayforce WFM implementations, including discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.Facilitate client workshops to gather requirements and align workforce policies, scheduling practices, and compliance needsConfigure and optimize:Time Calculation RulesPay Policies & EntitlementsAttendance ManagementAdvanced SchedulingJob Costing & Labor AllocationTime Clocks & Punch PoliciesTime Entry Imports and Time Import WizardDesign solutions that support complex labor compliance requirements, including FLSA, FMLA, and California overtime regulations.Develop and support testing strategies, UAT, issue resolution, and production readiness activities.Partner with Payroll, HR, Benefits, Integrations,
