This position, reporting to the Manager, Facilities Operations, focuses on supervising maintenance activities and ensuring compliance with applicable guidelines and safety requirements. You will manage both planned and unplanned maintenance, staff training, and cross-departmental liaising to enhance overall facility performance. Your leadership will ensure productive service delivery and operational integrity.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead the management of staff and maintenance services • Develop Facilities Health and Safety guidelines • Monitor work activities for compliance and efficiency • Coordinate with contractors and service providers • Attend facilities maintenance prioritization meetings

Requirements: • Completion of a Community College program related to the field • Five years of progressive management experience • Strong project management knowledge and skills • Class G Driver’s License for site visits • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
