Cross-Border Opportunities for AZ Owner Operator– MississaugaWe are seeking professional, safety-oriented Owner Operators with their own tractors to join a growing and inclusive fleet with our client.As an Owner Operator (Single or Team), you'll be running cross-border and expedited freight across Canada and the U.S., based out ofMississauga, ON. This is a full-time opportunity offering consistent miles, strong earning potential, and a supportive, driver-focused environment.We encourage femaleoperatorsto apply and are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and equitable work setting for all drivers.What do we offer:Competitive pay up to $1.55 per mile (Team – U.S.)Up to $1.43 per mile (Single – U.S.)Opportunity to take home net pay of $12,000 to $15,000 per month after fuel and all deductionsFuel subsidy program plus fuel cards and toll supportAdditional pay: picks/drops, detention, layoversPaid border crossings, tolls, and operational extrasPremiums for cross-border, specialty lanes, and FAST cardNo-touch freight – driver assistance may be required at some client sitesCompany-paid decals, satellite installation, and driver supportWhat you do:Transport freight across Canada and the U.S.Complete pickups, deliveries, and required inspections safely and efficientlyProvide accurate trip and border documentationMaintain communication with dispatch using ELD/telematics systemsFollow all Hours of Service and safety regulations (Canada & U.S.)Handle a mix of dryvansand refrigerated freight when requiredWhat We're Looking For:Valid Class 1/AZ License with no restrictionsMinimum 24 months of AZ tractor-trailer experienceMinimum 6 months U.S.
