You will be part of an interprofessional team offering assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation services to patients with complex mental health needs. The position involves flexibility to work in various units based on patient requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver specialized care to patients with mental illnesses
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in treatment plans
• Maintain patient care documentation and assessments




• Model the Recovery philosophy in all care aspects
• Support and enhance patient rehabilitation processes
Requirements:
• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• CPR certification for Health Care Providers
• Knowledge of CNO Standards of Practice
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Preferred recent psychiatric nursing experience
