Key Responsibilities: • Facilitate patients’ activities of daily living • Provide direct care in collaboration with health professionals • Aid family teaching according to established guidelines • Document patient progress and care plan adherence • Maintain a supportive and protected environment for patients

Requirements: • Certification in Continuing Care Assistant Program • Active registration with the CCA Registry • Current Basic Life Support Certification • Effective communication skills both verbal and written • Proficiency in French considered a plus
