Step into a leading role as Senior Legal Counsel at the Ontario Principals' Council. This full time position provides vital legal support focusing on education and employment-related concerns. As part of the OPC’s Legal Services Team, you’ll deliver essential legal advice to members, conduct workplace investigations, and manage disputes.

This position plays a key part in training development and collaborates with multiple departments to ensure organizational compliance and governance. Your expertise will guide the local districts and assist in qualified growth and advocacy initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Advise and guide members on legal issues
Develop educational materials for local districts
Supervise legal staff and provide support
Collaborate on contractual matters with the general counsel
Represent members in legal proceedings and disputes

Requirements:
Law Society of Ontario membership required
Minimum of seven years of legal experience
Solid background in education and labor law
Excellent advocacy and negotiation skills
French language skills are a plus
