As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will report to the Finance Manager, focusing on sales and margin analysis to support Milwaukee’s growth. Your analytical expertise will influence strategic decision-making across the organization, ensuring timely reporting and collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams. Key Responsibilities:
Perform sales and margin forecasting analyses
Manage P&L; analysis and financial recommendations
Collaborate across departments regarding financial reporting
Support and manage accrual processes monthly and yearly
Assist with budgeting and template updates Requirements:
Education in accounting or a related area
At least 3 years in finance or accounting
CPA certification or nearing completion
Effective communication and teamwork skills
