Monitor program quality and promote community health
Direct holistic counselling across treatment and aftercare
Lead daily Wellness Centre program management
Develop and maintain operational policies
Provide support to the Board of Directors in strategic direction Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Addictions or a health-related field
Minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership position
Certified by a recognized certification body
Familiarity with budget oversight exceeding $2 million
