Children’s Mental Wellness to lead a high-performing quality team in a full time capacity. This executive position requires strategic oversight in data collection, quality management, and client engagement initiatives. Collaborate with other leaders to implement effective practices that enhance the well-being of children and families in Southwestern Ontario. Key Responsibilities:
Spearhead quality improvement strategies and projects
Manage data reporting for program evaluation
Facilitate client engagement in quality initiatives
Oversee compliance with accreditation standards
Lead the development of strategic plans with partners

Requirements:
Master’s degree in health, social sciences, or MBA
5 years in health planning and quality roles
Proven senior leadership experience
Proficient in data analytics tools
Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
