Your role will focus on promoting workforce health and overseeing regulatory compliance in a challenging mining sector. As a Senior Industrial Hygiene Manager, you will report to the Health & Safety Supervisor.
Your responsibilities will include developing the Industrial Hygiene Program and managing exposure assessments. Your expertise will play a key role in fostering a culture of health and safety across the site. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the program’s development and continuous improvement
Manage digital databases for hygiene assessments
Conduct exposure assessments for multiple hazards
Design monitoring strategies for mining operations
Lead training and awareness initiatives on health practices
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required
At least 5 years of experience in industrial hygiene
Minimum 2 years in leadership roles
Familiarity with occupational health regulations
Solid analytical and communication abilities
