Your role focuses on financial analysis, compliance with funding agreements, and supporting sustainable projects in Canada. As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will report to the Finance Manager and play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance. This position requires solid skills in budgeting, fund accounting, and financial statement analysis.

Collaborate with Program Managers and external funders to drive financial success for community initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for stakeholders
Lead internal audits and write comprehensive reports
Support external audits and budget processes
Develop financial training sessions for Program staff
Monitor grants to ensure timely payments Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of accounting experience
Solid knowledge of budgeting and fund accounting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software
Understanding of GAAP principles
