Execute monthly analysis of Canadian Corporate Real Estate expenses
Develop reporting packages including dashboards and flash reports




Drive quarterly expense forecasting and annual planning efforts
Collaborate with stakeholders for robust forecasting
Implement process improvements utilizing AI tools Requirements:
Undergraduate degree with CPA, CA, CMA or CGA preferred
3+ years in Finance or Management Reporting
Familiarity with Lease accounting is an asset
Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
