With over five years of experience in complex settings, you will support architecture, configuration, data migration, and enhance services while ensuring compatibility across systems. Key Responsibilities:
Support architecture and design of enterprise ITSM solutions
Plan and manage IFS Assyst software releases and changes
Ensure system compatibility and integration across platforms
Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and processes
Conduct business analysis and improve ITSM delivery processes Requirements:
Minimum five years of IFS Assyst experience in complex environments
Expertise in project documentation and software system implementation
Excellent English communication skills
Valid Government of Canada Secret security clearance
