Position: Retail Sales Supervisor

Vacancy: 1

Wage: $24.04-$25 /hour

Working Condition: 35 – 40 hours a week.

Working Location: 6007 West Blvd Vancouver, British Columbia V6M 3X2

Duties
Supervise and coordinate sales staff and cashiers.
Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules.
Authorize payments and the return of merchandise.
Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise.
Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters.
Hire and train or arrange for the training of recent sales staff and monitor and report on performance.

Requirements
Completion of secondary school.
2+ years of supervisory experience in the retail sales field.
