Capco is hiring a Senior IBM InfoSphere DataStage Developer to lead high-impact ETL solutions in a major financial services migration. This is an prospect to transform data integration at an enterprise scale. In this role, you'll facilitate a transition from a legacy Hogan setting to Fiserv's Optis platform.
Bring your knowledge of IBM InfoSphere DataStage to design and optimize scalable ETL/ELT processes that uphold data accuracy. Your ability to debug and automate deployments will be key. Key Responsibilities:
Design scalable DataStage ETL/ELT jobs and frameworks
Improve monitoring and troubleshoot ETL issues
Collaborate with teams for successful data validation
Drive the adoption of technical best practices
Contribute to continuous improvement in data engineering Requirements:
At least 5 years developing ETL solutions with DataStage
Solid SQL and performance tuning experience
Experience in banking or financial data migration
Proven automation and troubleshooting skills
