Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining cleanliness and organization in residential settings. This role requires solid communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a House Cleaner, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients' homes are clean, comfortable, and welcoming.

Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring all items are fresh and clean.
- Organize and declutter areas to enhance the overall appearance of the home.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in accordance with company guidelines.
- Provide hospitality services as required, including light cooking or meal preparation when requested.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning tasks.

Requirements





- Previous experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail to ensure thorough cleaning practices.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- A friendly demeanor with excellent customer service skills to foster positive client relationships.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require standing, bending, or lifting for extended periods.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must have their own car
