Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of residential properties, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent time management, organizational skills, and a friendly attitude to provide exceptional service to our clients.

Prior experience in residential cleaning, hospitality, or customer service is a plus, along with proficiency in English and/or French.

Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
- Manage laundry and linen services as needed
- Prepare and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently within scheduled timeframes
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and preferences
- Maintain a skilled and respectful attitude while working in clients’ homes




- Organize work schedules to maximize productivity and meet deadlines
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and courteously

Requirements

- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or related hospitality roles preferred
- Ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Good organizational skills and time management abilities
- Ability to handle laundry duties and basic cooking tasks is beneficial
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work independently
- Strong work ethic with a focus on professionalism and discretion

Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour
