Association seeks a Program Manager for the Resilient Minds program to support the mental health of Ontario's front-line workers. This full-time, temporary contract requires a skilled program manager adept in partnership development, program coordination, and logistical management. Your leadership will play a crucial role in meeting the psychological needs of first responders while fostering community relationships. Key Responsibilities:

- Strategically position the program within Ontario’s landscape
- Collaborate on updates and priorities with Deputy Chief of Programs




- Establish long-term partnerships and brand recognition
- Manage lead generation and business development strategies
- Deliver training programs alongside Instructor Trainers Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated experience in program management
- Familiarity with mental health promotion
- Robust communication and organizational skills
