The A220 Commercial Aircraft Program is looking for Head Of Development Requirements & Enablers (f/m) to join our New Development team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you contribute to the definition and execution of the A220 new development program plan.

The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.

Your role as Head Of A220 Program Development Requirements & Enablers, projet will be to:

- Manage the Requirements Plan for projet
- Ensure the projet follows a Product Development Plan (PDP) referential, which meets the key requirements of the Airbus PDP;
- Working closely with the projet Procurement focal ensure the framework for supplier onboarding on the program is in place;
- Working closely with the A220 Legal team, ensure that the legal and contractual frameworks are in place to support the program needs;
- Ensure consistent Program status communication towards all stakeholders;
- Lead set-up of co-working plateaus in key development centers (e.g. Mirabel, Filton and Toulouse)

Vos défis

Principales tâches et responsabilités
- Mettre en place, adapter et contrôler le plan des exigences pour le projet en étroite coordination avec les équipes Aéronefs, Industrielles, PMTD et Service client ;
- Veiller à ce que les exigences soient clairement définies au niveau du programme et bien réparties au niveau des équipes Aéronefs, Industrielles, PMTD et Service client.
- Mettre en place et contrôler l'état des exigences ;
- Veiller à ce que le projet suive un référentiel de plan de développement de produit (PDP) qui répond aux exigences clés du PDP d'Airbus et aux besoins de certification de Transports Canada (TCCA) ;
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le responsable de l'approvisionnement du projet pour s'assurer que le cadre d'intégration des fournisseurs dans le programme est en place, et que l'intégration des fournisseurs est contrôlée et surveillée : cela inclut la définition de la stratégie d'intégration des fournisseurs par fournisseur, la définition du cadre contractuel à utiliser par fournisseur, la gouvernance pour converger sur les cibles NRC/RC, support et après-vente, et la communication au fournisseur sur l'état et les objectifs du programme ;
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe juridique de l'A220, s'assurer que les cadres juridiques et contractuels sont en place pour soutenir les besoins du programme : cela inclut la définition des accords de niveau de service (SLA) à utiliser entre le projet de l'A220 et d'autres entités d'Airbus et s'assurer que les exigences en matière de contrôle des exportations et de propriété intellectuelle sont bien contrôlées ;
- Assurer une communication cohérente de l'état d'avancement du programme à toutes les parties prenantes.



Cela comprend l'organisation de communications régulières à la communauté interne du projet pour les tenir au courant des progrès du programme.
- Préparer des présentations sur l'état d'avancement du programme pour les parties prenantes externes, notamment pour les équipes commerciales en soutien aux engagements clients, aux parties prenantes gouvernementales et aux fournisseurs ;
- Enfin, ce rôle pourrait impliquer de faciliter la mise en place et la gestion de plateaux à Mirabel, Filton et Toulouse et de sécuriser les installations et les besoins informatiques alignés sur les besoins de montée en puissance des ressources.

Your profile

- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
- You have more than 10 years of experience in project management or program management
- You are experienced in Product Development context
- You have experience and interest in aeronautics
- You possess leadership qualities and demonstrate a high level of influence.
- You have strong analytical, planning, and problem-management skills.
- You are open-minded with strong interpersonal skills and demonstrate a great ability to work in a team.
- You have a good sense of organization, time management, and are autonomous
- You have advanced proficiency with the Google Suite.
