As a key member of the safety team, you will provide over five years of industry expertise to reinforce Ledcor’s Health and Safety Management System.

This position involves conducting safety inspections, mentoring site personnel, and leading safety meetings to cultivate a culture of safety awareness. You will also perform comprehensive audits and develop Job Hazard Analysis documents to ensure safety policies are effectively implemented. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough work area inspections regularly
Advise on compliance with health and safety regulations




Facilitate site-specific safety meetings and training sessions
Develop and review hazard assessments and safety documents
Monitor incidents to refine safety processes Requirements:
5+ years in pipeline safety advisory roles
Valid CRSP, Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, or NCSO designation
Solid communication and teamwork capabilities
Proven experience in risk assessments and accident investigations
