In this role, you will oversee training for both recent and existing team members, while maintaining service standards development. You will also play a crucial role in enhancing labor productivity and improving overall operational efficiency during busy periods. Key Responsibilities:
Lead all aspects of multiple venue operations
Provide operational support and leadership during peak times
Conduct onboarding and ongoing training for F&B; leaders
Guide teams with labor management and scheduling
Drive menu innovation in collaboration with culinary teams Requirements:
5+ years of experience in high-volume food and beverage operations
Robust verbal and written communication skills
Experience in P&L; and budgeting
Demonstrated expertise in guest service and hospitality
