You'll report to the Senior Director of Legal and Regulatory Affairs and serve as a trusted advisor within a diverse team. This position encompasses legal risk management, regulatory compliance, and the oversight of external legal engagements.

Provide legal advice on employment matters and disputes
Oversee external counsel and manage litigation processes
Draft and negotiate HR policies and contracts
Deliver legal training and support to HR teams
Monitor and assess legal compliance and regulatory changes Requirements:
Must be an Active Member of Barreau du Québec
7 to 10 years in commercial litigation experience
Familiarity with aviation law is a plus
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
