Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the daily operations of independent living locations • Engage individuals effectively in their communities • Supervise and support Community Living Counsellors and Team Leads • Handle scheduling, budgeting, and financial responsibilities • Strengthen ties with supported individuals and their networks
Requirements: • Class 5 driver's license; Class 4 needed for permanent staff • Must have vehicle access for site visits • Valid First Aid and CPR certification required • Must pass a transparent criminal record check • Proven leadership and administrative experience
