Position Title: Social Media & Marketing Coordinator
Available: September 2026

Do you want to work for an organization wherepeople care about each other? We arecurrently looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and experiencedSocial Media & Marketing Coordinator
In this challenging position,you will report to the Manager, Marketing & Communications and be responsible for providing support for CCNM’songoing communications and marketing efforts through the development,implementation and evaluation of social media strategies and marketinginitiatives. Some of the responsibilities include:
- Develops and maintains an appropriate online socialpresence on social media channels (including but not limited to Instagram,Facebook, Tik Tok, YouTube, LinkedIn, , and Google Business profiles) thatpromotes an excellent online image of CCNM and CCNM Clinics
- Supports College-wide events with innovative socialmedia strategies
- Collaborateswith marketing and communications team to coordinate social media strategies(scope, deliverables and schedules) as well as create and maintain content asrequired.
- Partnerswith all departments and student community and associations to provideguidance/assistance on the development of social media content, meet theirsocial media objectives, feature opportunities while maintaining brand andcontent consistency
- Responsiblefor production/editing of print and digital marketing and ensuring communicationsand marketing materials meet CCNM brand standards and needs
- Coordinates,markets and hosts monthly webinars which include website event set up andregistration, organic social media and paid Facebook/Instagram ads (visualcontent and writing),
email and newsletter marketing and registration reports
- Supports the coordination and marketing of external recruitment eventsacross Canada, collaborating with recruiters to ensure delivery of up-to-datemarketing materials and collateral
QUALIFICATIONS
- Undergraduatedegree in Media, Marketing, Digital Media, communications, English or related fieldis required
- Abilityto function at an extremely high level on both the PC and MAC platforms andMicrosoft Suite software
- Combinedknowledge of design processes and technologies for web with visualcommunication skills
- In-depthknowledge and demonstrated experience and understanding of industry bestpractices for social media platforms (such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Tik Tok,YouTube, Facebook and Google Business Profile, Hootsuite), graphic designapplications (Adobe Creative suite, particularly Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobatand Illustrator or Canva), short form video editing applications (Cap Cut Proor equivalent) and email marketing platforms (MailChimp)
- Experiencewith Drupal is an asset
- Proficiency in SEO, web analytics, and socialmedia monitoring tools
- Excellentorganization, analytical, research and time management skills with ability towork under minimal supervision
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal effectively– both orally and in writing- with individuals at alllevels within the organization
- Tact,discretion and ability to exercise professional judgment in a highlyconfidential workplace
- Experienceworking with MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)
Onboarding for this position will be on-site and flexible work schedule will be determined based on operational needs.
The Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM), established in 1978, is Canada's premier, pan-Canadian academic institution for education and research in naturopathic medicine. CCNM has two campuses, one in Toronto and another in the Metro Vancouver area known as the Boucher Campus. Its graduates are eligible to write the licensing examinations for all regulated jurisdictions in Canada and the United States to become naturopathic doctors.
