You will manage the critical functions of our enterprise risk management strategy while reporting to the Director of Risk and Governance. Your focus will be on risk reporting, operational assessments, and developing robust frameworks to monitor and mitigate risks across our credit union. Leadership and communication are key components of this role.
Key Responsibilities: • Facilitate quarterly enterprise risk cycles • Lead risk reporting initiatives and prepare documentation • Establish risk appetite and monitor KRIs • Manage operational and third-party risk documentation • Collaborate on risk assessments for operational changes
Requirements: • Minimum five years in enterprise risk management positions • Education in Business, Finance, or related fields • Experience in financial services or credit unions • Risk management certification preferred • Solid organizational and writing skills
