This role is critical to ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance while supporting on-time aircraft deliveries. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, provide technical guidance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the department.What You'll Be Doing:Leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the Aircraft Assembly teamAssigning tasks and distributing workloads based on technician skillsets and operational prioritiesProviding technical support and troubleshooting to resolve issues efficientlyEnsuring all work complies with safety protocols, quality standards,
