This role focuses on overseeing compliance-driven learning initiatives at Windsor, NS, or Charlottetown, PEI.You will be tasked with aligning training programs with regulatory requirements, ensuring personnel are well-equipped with essential knowledge. Collaborating with global operations, you'll manage training sessions, oversee curriculum development, and enhance the Learning Management System. This position involves significant responsibility in fostering a culture of compliance and continual improvement.Key Responsibilities:
Direct the implementation of effective training programs
Evaluate and maintain training effectiveness metrics
Conduct onboarding and annual GMP training for staff
Ensure accurate records in the Learning Management System
Facilitate ongoing instructor-led training coursesRequirements:
Post-secondary education in a relevant discipline
Four years of experience in a GMP workplace
Exceptional skills in training development and facilitation
Background in quality system compliance
