You will lead ground school and simulator training, ensuring pilots are equipped with the necessary skills for protected operations. Your contributions will include developing training procedures and maintaining compliance with SOPs. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct pilot ground school and simulator training
Ensure the development of training standards and SOPs
Collaborate on training strategies with upper management
Serve as a mentor for current team members
Manage and refine training records and lesson plansRequirements:
2500 hours total flight experience required
Valid ATPL with King Air 200/350 experience
Experience in supervisory roles preferred
Solid planning and decision-making abilities
