Your role will involve preparing reports, facilitating the budgeting process, and delivering insights that guide Operations and Finance decisions. You will thrive in a cooperative setting focused on growth and value creation. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze monthly NOI reports
Support annual budgets and forecasts for operations
Provide financial insights to leadership teams
Manage purchase order processes and entries
Support month-end close and CAPEX reporting Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar; CPA is a plus
Over 5 years in financial analysis or operations
Expertise in budgeting, accrual accounting, and month-end processes
Advanced Excel;
experience with Yardi advantageous
